About the role
PurpleCare is seeking caring, reliable people to work as a disability support worker supporting NDIS participants across the Gold Coast and Northern NSW. You’ll help participants pursue their goals day to day — from personal care and community access to domestic assistance and daily living support.
What you’ll do
- Support participants in line with their plan and goals
- Provide respectful personal care and daily living support
- Assist with community access and getting out and about
- Write clear, accurate progress notes after each shift
- Communicate with the participant and the wider support team
What we look for
- A genuine interest in disability support
- Reliability and good communication
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Working With Children Check where required
- Flexibility across a range of shifts
Hours
This role is offered on a casual and part-time basis. Shifts vary by participant need across the Gold Coast and Northern NSW.
