Frequently asked questions
Can community access funding cover transport costs?
Yes. Transport to and from activities can be claimed under your NDIS plan. Your support worker will track costs and record them in progress notes.
Do I need to plan activities in advance?
We work best with a rough plan, but support workers are flexible. We help you explore new activities if you are not sure where to start.
Can two participants share a community access shift?
Yes, shared support is possible where goals align. It can also reduce costs. Ask us about group community access options on the Gold Coast.
