Stephanie Grace brings something rare to support work — five years of lived experience as the partner of someone living with quadriplegia. That perspective shapes how she shows up for participants: with patience, intuition, and an instinctive understanding of what real, dignified support looks like. For Stephanie, helping people isn’t a job she does — it’s who she is. Whether it’s daily routines, community access, or just being a steady presence, she brings warmth, competence, and deep respect for the independence of every person she works with.
